Penn State Mont Alto's "Evening Talks and Star Parties" series continues this fall and includes two virtual planetarium events.

Penn State Mont Alto will hold its spring 2022 Commencement ceremony at 10 a.m., on Saturday, May 7, in the Multipurpose Activities Center gymnasium on the Mont Alto campus. The campus will confer 135 degrees during the ceremony — 74 bachelor’s and 61 associate. Additionally, the ceremony will recognize 2020 graduates who were unable to participate in an in-person commencement due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Penn State Mont Alto celebrated its new Allied Health Building with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. 

Penn State Berks student Nathan Bonslaver won first-place during the 2022 LION Tank pitch competition for his startup CarToCamp, which manufactures custom sleeping platforms for vehicles to enhance the car-camping experience.  

Eight Penn State Mont Alto adult-learners were inducted into the Zeta Pi Chapter of Alpha Sigma Lambda, the nation’s oldest and largest honor society for nontraditional students, on Monday, April 11.
